Homeless charity Shelter has just completed a refurbishment of their head office building at 88 Old Street, London. The project was designed by Burtt-Jones & Brewer and spans over 7 floors.

Flux Upholstered Task Chairs were specified through Salt and Pegram for the project, chosen with flexibility and comfort in mind, their functional role as compact task chairs suited the projects brief.

Origin’s poly products are made in the UK from over 50% recycled content and are almost entirely made from polypropylene so can be easily recycled in a more sustainable approach. 

When the products are made from multiple materials such as the Flux Task Chair, we make sure they can easily disassemble so that parts can be replaced and ultimately recycled.
